When returning a broken item let's say you bought it on Amazon is basically after 30 days you could not return it, you have to contact the seller or company and it could be very difficult, but in retail even after 30 days even 60 days or sometimes even much longer you could return it much easier but there is a catch if it breaks in the 30 days it's for sure more easier to return a item on Amazon VS retail because in retail they could ask you a lot of questions how did it happen or the item was abused etc. And make you some kind of headache to return it, every store store differently but online you just make a return label and ship it back with no problem.
